Gluten-Free Granola
My dear friend, Kat McCabe introduced me to this recipe! She eats completely vegan/raw and inspires me to make healthier food choices everyday :) I spend an incredible amount of money on granola bars, so decided that I should just learn how to make them to save money. Here's the recipe, although I never stick to it completely.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups whole oats (Whole Foods)
- 1 cup flax seeds (Whole Foods)
- 3/4 cup raw honey (Whole Foods)
- 1/2 cup Almond Butter (Trader Joes-creamy and salted)
- 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
